The Luther Rose was designed as a visual summary of Martin Luther’s theology. At its center stands a black cross within a red heart, representing faith in Christ crucified. The white rose signifies the peace and joy that faith brings, surrounded by a field of blue representing the hope of heaven, all enclosed by a golden ring symbolizing eternity.

Printed prominently across the back, the Luther Rose carries nearly five centuries of Reformation history and a confession centered on Christ and His saving work.
